Things you should know before ordering

BeeCool Refurbished Ebikes are fully functional and work properly, but may come with small scratches, dents, or other signs of use on the Ebikes. 

The price of Refurbished Ebikes will come with a discount.

Once you pay for the available refurbished e-bikes, we will provide you with the phone number of the pick-up spot dealer by email. Please call the dealer to confirm the pick-up time. 

When you place your refurbished e-bike order, please type "LOCAL PICK UP" at the address line.

Refurbished Ebikes are only available for local pick-up.

Pictures might not be the exact bike you will get. 

As for the warranty of the BeeCool Refurbished E-bike, you should know the following:

1)All refurbished BeeCool e-bikes enjoy a one-year limited warranty;

2)Only functional issues are covered by the warranty while parts' normal damage like scratches, abrasions, daily consumption, etc., and other non-functional issues are not covered by the warranty.
